Android AR Image Detection + Video Overlay (Fast Performance Required) natively (java or kotlin)

I need an Android developer (Kotlin or Java) for one specific task only:
When the camera detects a specific image, a video must immediately play aligned with that image (AR overlay on the tracked image).
Speed is critical.
Image detection and video playback must be very fast and smooth — not slow like many default implementations.
Please check the demonstration video I provided. I need the same speed of detection and video playback shown in that video.
I will also provide an Android app example that already achieves the required performance. You may need to create an account on their website to test how the image + video pairing works.
Important Requirements:
Use ARCore image tracking
The video must start immediately when the image is detected
The video must stay aligned with the tracked image
The system must support multiple images in the same ARCore image database
When the camera sees an image → its corresponding video should play automatically
Only one active video at a time is required
