People throw their household waste outside the bins.. I have the coordinates of the waste containers for one residential neighborhood on excel.. I want to create a map before and after adding some factors that affect the waste sites like population density, waste generation, walking distance, discharge frequency, bin capacity, and street width.
by using location–allocation problem on ArcMap. One type of them maximal covering location problem (MCLP)..
Notice: I do not need only submit of the project, but an explanation of the method of adding factors and their impact on the map to calculate the waste that dumped outside the bins. Below is a similar study and it is possible to apply the equation to solve my problem
