I want to design a modern classic family villa on a 1000 sqm corner plot.

East side 30m main street.
North side 25m secondary street.

Main entrance from east street.
Guest majlis with separate entrance from north street.

Total house size around 340–360 sqm.

- maqlat dining room
- large family living room facing garden
- dining area between living room and kitchen
- two kitchens
- parents bedroom with bathroom
- entrance lobby with staircase and elevator

First floor:
- master bedroom with balcony and walk-in closet
- two daughters bedrooms
- shared dressing room and bathroom for daughters
- one boys bedroom
- family lounge
- pantry kitchen

Roof:
- maid room
- small cinema room

Parking for two cars.
