small basic architecture model

hello, i need an architecture model to be created that is showing mostly form and massing, and is not super intricate.
the model should be at 1:200 but its not critical as it will be presented in photographs.
the model should be create using white card, white foam board, or soft wood which can be cut with a box cutter.
Then the model must be photographed on a black or white/grey background.
the model needs to be completed within the next 8 hours.
