I need a draftee, designer or architect to review plans

I work as an assessor in SDA (a disability scheme in australia) its like access legislation where you need to review plans against a standard and make sure it complies
I have attached the design standard, the design tool we use to assess plans, and an example set of plans.
I am looking for someone to review the plans, and fill in the word document assessment tool with if the information is there and compliant, you will see there is a column for what page of the plan set you found it on, and the notes about the item - i then as the assessor review all the plans and make any changes or amendments required
