Vietnam Architectural Project Coordinator
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
A year-long architectural programme is about to enter an intensive coordination phase that spans concept revisions, tender documentation and early site mobilisation. To keep all parties aligned I will rely on a remote coordinator who is physically based in Vietnam and able to switch comfortably between Vietnamese and English.
Your day-to-day focus will be twofold:
1) Communicating with clients, consultants and contractors
– most exchanges will happen by email, supported by scheduled video calls.
2) Capturing, organising and issuing project records
– meeting minutes, design change logs, and concise weekly progress summaries.
Because the role revolves around architecture, I expect you to understand drawing packages, submission cycles and the general rhythm of an architectural project, even if you are not a registered architect yourself. Online meetings are the norm, yet occasional in-person sessions may be required in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi when we reach key review milestones.
Deliverables I must see to close each week
• A bilingual (VN / EN) weekly progress report in PDF
• Updated communication log with actionable items clearly flagged
The contract runs for 12 months, with the option to extend if collaboration goes well. I need you ready to start as soon as we agree terms, so please confirm your availability and briefly outline your experience coordinating architecture or construction projects in Vietnam.
