Vastu-Optimized Corner Shop & Home

I have a 33 × 44 ft west–south corner plot with roads flanking both the west and south sides. On the ground floor I need a spacious dual-shutter shop right at the corner that will later be rented out, plus a completely separate residence containing a hall, kitchen, bathroom and a prayer room. Above that, the first floor should hold three bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Vastu alignment is a top priority for me, so I’m looking for a designer who can balance efficient circulation, structural practicality and strict Vastu principles—especially with the plot’s corner orientation. We will communicate either in Hindi or Telugu; I’m comfortable in both and will need clear explanations as doubts arise.

Here’s what I would like to receive:
• Ground-floor layout showing the shop and the independent house with clear entry points from each road
• First-floor layout with optimally placed bedrooms and bathroom, respecting Vastu guidelines for directions and element placement
• Suggestions on stair positioning, setbacks and service areas so the rental shop functions smoothly without disturbing the home
• At least one round of revisions after our review discussion in Hindi or Telugu
