Bldg 2:
Marked 5300sf
Reduce to ~4000sf gross.
Must stay withing that footprint.
1st floor (3) residential units. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bedrooms on parking lot side
2nd floor (3) residential units. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bedrooms on parking lot side
3rd floor (3) residential units. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bedrooms on parking lot side

Key Requirements:
- Traditional architectural style
- Open to various traditional design elements
