I need a professional to create complete technical drawings and 3D renderings for three small wooden cabin models that my company will produce for export.
Cabin Models:
1. 12 m² — 2.4 m x 5.0 m (must respect transport limits)
2. 18 m² — 3.0 m x 6.0 m (flat-pack design)
3. 24 m² — 4.0 m x 6.0 m (flat-pack design)

These MUST be respected:
For 12 m² model (assembled transport):
• Max transport width: 2.40 m
• Max transport height: 2.70 m (from ground to roof peak)
• Wall height should be ≈ 2.20 m
• Roof depth/peak ≈ 0.30 m - 0.35 m
• Cabin must be safe to transport fully assembled.
For 18 m² & 24 m² models:
• These will be flat-pack, NOT assembled.
• All components (walls, roof, floor panels) must fit palletized transport.
• Designer must optimize panels for efficient packing.
