Swimming Pool Design Consultancy – 20ft x 6ft Deck-Level Overflow Pool with Seating and Fountain

I’m looking for a swimming pool design consultant or architect to provide a complete design and planning solution for a 20 ft x 6 ft residential swimming pool. The pool should follow a deck-level (perimeter overflow) design, where the water surface is perfectly flush with the surrounding flooring, allowing it to overflow uniformly into a concealed drainage channel around the pool’s edges. This creates a sleek, modern, and luxurious infinity-style effect.

The design should also include a built-in seating area within the pool, integrated with a fountain inlet feature for added visual appeal and relaxation.

Scope of Work:

✅ Complete Pool Design Layout (Top-view & side elevations)
✅ Deck-Level Overflow Detailing with proper catchment and balance tank planning
✅ Integrated Seating Area with Fountain Inlet design
✅ Lighting Plan (Ambient + Underwater)
✅ Plumbing and Drainage Details (Pipes, inlet/outlet placement, overflow system)
✅ Filtration System Design (Pump, filter, skimmer recommendations)
✅ Heating System Recommendations
✅ Material Recommendations for waterproofing, tiling, and finishes

Deliverables Required:

2D/3D Design Drawings or Renderings
Technical Diagrams/Schematics (PDF or CAD)
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) or a list of required components
Suggestions for equipment and brands (optional but helpful)

Ideal Freelancer:

Experience in luxury or residential pool design
