Core Expectations:

Native Revit Modeling: No CAD/SketchUp imports. Use native elements to maintain parametric integrity.

Accurate Layering/Categorization: Proper setup of wall types, floors, roofs, and curtain walls to allow for seamless section cuts and scheduling later.

Camera Views & Sheets: Pre-configured camera angles and sheet layouts for quick printing and presentation.

System: Metric system.

Architecture Style: Functional Modern & Minimalist (No Vastu compliance required).

Climate Adaptation: Implement a shading and natural ventilation system suitable for the Vietnamese climate and the specific location mentioned in the PDF.
