Small Brewery Taproom Design & Implementation

Job ID: 38319564

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I'm seeking a capable professional to help design and implement a small taproom for my lager-focused brewery in Victoria Texas. A small city on the Gulf Coast of Texas with a long history. My great great grandfather started a brewery here in 1870, and Im taking inspiration from that history to rebuild the company he started. This unique project involves the adaptive reuse of an old saloon, blending its rich history with the inviting atmosphere of a taproom. The existing building would serve as a taproom and small restaurant. there is a small kitchen existing & a pilot brew system. I will need to add on a larger brewhouse adjacent to the existing structure. attached is a photo of the current building and the plat showing some unusual easements which restricts where the new construction can be built - I am suggesting building to the right where the current wooden deck is.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior design, particularly with Commercial Interiors
- Prior experience in adaptive reuse projects or similar
- Working knowledge of brewery regulations and standards
- Ability to provide creative ideas for maximizing space

Ideally, I'm looking for someone with:
- A portfolio of previous similar projects
- Appreciation for rustic design elements
- Interest in small scale brewing

The aim is to create a welcoming, rustic atmosphere while retaining the charm of the original saloon.
