Single-Story Ranch House Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a house plan for a single-story ranch-style home. The plan should reflect the simplicity and functionality typical of ranch designs.
This project is a 50x100 barndo with 16' ceilings that has to be split in half (like a townhome). there is 400sq ft nook on the bottom right of the structure that will have to be planned out. both sides of the build have to be equal in sq footage. 2700/2700. the plumbing will have to be on the outside of the structure (the layout of bathrooms, laundry) will have to accommodate that. looking for open concept, single story living, but can have a second story above only the rooms for storage or "game room". need a minimum of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. large master bed and bath with a stand-alone tub and walk in shower, his and hers closets. would like the shared wall for the two units to be the Livingroom/ dining/ kitchen (for noise reasons). for the bedrooms 2 and 3 can have a jack and jill bathroom. this plan does not have a garage. would like to keep the masters in the front of the house with big windows in the master and living/ kitchen. the second story can have a balcony overlooking the Livingroom/ kitchen.
