PE-Sealed Residential Wall Addition Plans

I need a Professional Engineer licensed in the United States to prepare, sign, and seal structural plans for two new concrete walls that will tie into two existing walls in a residential property. These additions are meant to extend our current living space, so the drawings must clearly show how the new concrete walls integrate with the present structure, carry loads, and satisfy the latest IRC/IBC requirements as well as any locally adopted amendments.
You will receive field measurements, photos, and the original house plans (PDF/CAD). From this information, I expect a complete plan set suitable for immediate building-department submission, including structural notes, connection details, reinforcement schedules, and any calculation pages the reviewer might request.
Deliverables:
• Signed‐and‐sealed PDF plan set ready for permitting
• Accompanying structural calculation package (PDF)
• CAD or BIM source file of the final drawings
