Screen Porch Design

I'm looking to build a screen porch and deck primarily designed as an entertainment area.

Key features should include:
- Ceiling lights for illumination
- Built-in gas log fireplace for warmth and ambiance

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in outdoor construction
- Knowledge of electrical work for lighting installation
- Design skills for creating an engineer certified cross section of the frame and footings.
