Restaurant AI Wrapper Voice agent Platform Design

I’m building a B2B wrapper that layers restaurant-specific functionality on top of ElevenLabs and Bland AI, and I need a seasoned technical consultant to map out the core architecture. The platform has to support automated order taking, customer-feedback analysis, and reservation management, all delivered through a multi-tenant setup so each restaurant (and the partners who may white-label the product) live in their own secure space.

The scope includes:

• Creating the model and provide the full solution
- A high-level and component-level architecture showing how we’ll stitch the AI providers, usage-based billing, and a role-based auth system together.
• Data model and tenancy strategy that let us isolate restaurant data yet still apply global updates painlessly.
• A plan for a custom dashboard that surfaces order statistics, customer-feedback trends, and reservation metrics outside the native ElevenLabs/Bland environments.
• A billing flow that marks up AI provider costs while tracking per-restaurant usage for invoicing.

I’ll want architecture diagrams (Lucidchart, Draw.io, or your preferred tool), a brief session walking me through tech-stack trade-offs.

I am looking to start the project with a basic model and then enter into an agreement with the selected candidate to integrate new customer (API POS integration) as we grow
