Residential Site Measurement Survey
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
The project centres on a site measurements of a residential house. I need an architectural surveyor to visit the property, capture accurate dimensions inside the site. Hand side sketches needed only
Scope
• Measure ground and first floor (widths, lengths, floor to ceiling heights, window heights, cills heights from FFL & widths and take site photos. Also measure loft height from top of joist to the bottom of the ridge board if loft access available
Preferred workflow
Laser scanning using a reliable hand held laser disto
Acceptance criteria
1. Floor plans delivered as hand sketches saved as a PDF.
2. Overall and room-by-room dimensions within ±5 mm of actual.
3. All files received, reviewed and approved within the agreed timeline which is 2-3 days from date of survey which is 15th December 2026 at 10am
