Residential Permit Engineering Notes Needed

I have a single-family residence moving through permit review and I need clear, code-compliant engineering notes and framing sheets to wrap things up.

Scope of work
• Sheets A1, A2 & General Notes – show every braced-wall line, identify each braced-wall panel, and call out the continuous-sheathing method in accordance with IRC R106.1.3 and either R602.10 or R602.12, as applicable.
• Sheet S2 – specify 6x6 porch beams, list the corresponding wood porch posts with their exact sizes, and note any connection hardware required.
• Second-floor framing plan – lay out joist sizes, spans, bearing points, and header information so plan reviewers can follow the load path without guesswork.

I will supply the architectural base drawings in PDF and DWG. Please return stamped PDF sheets (DWG optional) ready for submission, complete with your title block, notes, and any standard details that support the continuous-sheathing approach.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. All braced-wall locations matching the architectural layout.
2. References to IRC sections cited above.
3. Consistency of porch beam and post sizing across plan, section, and schedule.
4. A second-floor plan that coordinates with existing stair and opening locations.
