I have a residential project that is already under construction and the building department has requested a REScheck demonstrating full compliance with IECC 2021. All architectural and envelope details are available; what I need is the completed energy compliance report, ready to submit.
Please use the latest REScheck software, enter the project data, and run it against the 2021 code.
Deliverables (PDF and digital file):
• Signed REScheck compliance report meeting IECC 2021
• The native .rck file so future edits remain possible
• A short note outlining any insulation, window, or envelope assumptions used to achieve compliance
Once the report passes with no outstanding corrections, the job is done.
