I'm seeking architectural assistance for a single-family home project. This is for the pre-application process, so certified architecture isn't necessary.
Requirements:
- Initial design assessment (phase one of a Design and Access Statement)
- Proposed floor plans (preferably at a scale of 1:200)
- Site plan
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in architecture or design
- Familiarity with design and access statements
- Proficiency in creating detailed floor and site plans
- Experience with council pre-application processes is a plus
