Residential Architectural Plans Design

I need detailed architectural plans for granny flats that are cookie cutter designs that will be provided as base files in DWG format that require overlay into survey is DWG format for rework and amendments (where applicable).

The ideal candidate should have:

- Expertise in granny flat design for Australian standards
- Proficiency in creating + modifying existing plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for Australian standards
- Strong visualisation and design skills
- Experience with similar granny flat projects
-Willingness to undertake a zoom where needed and follow instruction

Suggested Amendments file in PDF Format with changes required
