Rehab Clinic Concept Design Aid

I am preparing a preliminary design package for a new rehabilitation clinic in Oman and need short-term support from an architecture student who is comfortable working remotely.

What I have in mind is an uplifting scheme that blends modern lines with traditional Omani character. You will help me shape the initial concept, develop floor plans that clearly organise rehabilitation therapy areas, generous outdoor recreational spaces and a fully serviced restaurant kitchen, and wrap everything into a concise presentation.

Day-to-day you should feel at home generating AI-assisted drawings, then refining them in the usual CAD and visualisation environment—AutoCAD/Revit for plans, SketchUp/Rhino for massing, and Enscape/Lumion or similar for atmospheric 3D views. Creativity is welcomed, yet each deliverable must remain technically sound and ready for discussion with clinicians and investors.

Deliverables
• Schematic floor plans in 2D (DWG + PDF)
• Key elevations/sections showing the modern-Omani fusion
• Photorealistic 3D renderings and exterior site views
• Quick conceptual sketches to illustrate design logic
• A short slide deck (PowerPoint or PDF) weaving these items into a clear narrative
