Luxury Suite Redesign –Palace
We are inviting experienced architects and luxury hospitality designers to submit proposals for the redesign of the accommodation suites within the Orion Palace.
The current layouts provide a solid foundation; however, we are seeking a significantly higher level of luxury that reflects the vision of a truly iconic royal palace. The redesigned suites should be comparable to, or exceed, the standards found in the world's finest luxury hotels, presidential residences, and royal palaces.
Our goal is to create three distinct accommodation categories, each offering a unique level of luxury and exclusivity. We are prepared to reduce the total number of suites in favour of larger, more elegant living spaces.
The design should emphasize:

• Timeless architecture

• Functional circulation
• Privacy
• Abundant natural light
• Spectacular views
• Palace-quality interiors
1. Royal Suite
Approximate Size: 180–220 m²
Suggested spaces include:
• One luxurious master bedroom
• Grand living room
• Dining area
• Walk-in wardrobe
• Large marble bathroom
• Private study or sitting room
• Spacious terrace
2. Presidential Suite
Approximate Size: 320–450 m²
Suggested spaces include:
• Two luxurious bedrooms
• Grand reception lounge
• Formal dining room
• Executive office
• Butler pantry
• Large walk-in wardrobes
• Spa-style bathrooms
• Expansive terrace
3. Ultra Royal Suite
Approximate Size: 700–1,200+ m²
This is the signature residence of the palace and should represent the highest level of luxury.
Suggested spaces include:
• Private entrance
• Two to three master bedrooms
• reception lounges
• Formal dining room
• Private office
• Cinema room
• Gym
• Wellness spa
• Butler's kitchen
• Service quarters
• Large terraces
Tower Concept
Each of the three iconic towers will represent a different accommodation category:
• Tower 1: Royal Suites
• Tower 2: Presidential Suites
• Tower 3: Ultra Royal Suites
The Ultra Royal Tower should contain the most prestigious residences with the highest level of privacy and the best views.
