PROJECT TITLE: Top Quality Racquet Club – Phase 1 Facility Development

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The project is a multi-sport racquet facility to be developed on a 0.8-hectare (8,000 m²) site. The facility is designed to maximize space efficiency while maintaining a premium, modern aesthetic and strong operational flow. The central design concept is a clubhouse hub with surrounding sport-specific zones.

SITE REQUIREMENTS:
The total site area is approximately 8,000 m². The design must accommodate all listed facilities while ensuring proper circulation, safety clearances, and spectator access.

CORE FACILITIES:
- 4 standard-size tennis courts (hard courts), arranged side-by-side
- 2 padel courts (enclosed)
- 2 pickleball courts
- 1 beach tennis court (sand surface)

CLUBHOUSE (CENTRAL FEATURE):
A 40-foot container unit will serve as the central clubhouse and visual focal point of the facility.

The clubhouse must include:
- Front-facing check-in/reception desk (oriented toward main entrance)
- Vending and refreshment area (machines + counter space)
- Casual seating/eating area adjacent to vending
- Small pro shop area for merchandise display
- Dedicated stringing station/workspace

The clubhouse should be positioned centrally with direct visibility and access to all court zones.

LAYOUT & ORIENTATION:
- Tennis courts should be oriented North-South where possible
- Courts should be grouped by type for operational efficiency
- Padel courts should be located close to the clubhouse due to high turnover usage
- Beach tennis court should be slightly separated due to sand and atmosphere

CIRCULATION:
- A central pathway system should radiate from the clubhouse to all courts
- A perimeter walking loop should connect all areas of the facility
- Spectator areas should be integrated alongside tennis and padel courts

PARKING:
- On-site parking for approximately 30–40 vehicles
- Parking area should be located near the main entrance and not interfere with internal circulation

DESIGN PRIORITIES:
- Efficient use of space within 0.8 hectares
- Clear visibility across the site from the clubhouse
- Clean, modern, and premium club aesthetic
- Functional flow for players, spectators, and staff
- Phased expansion potential if required

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The clubhouse and overall branding should reflect a bold, modern identity, incorporating a yellow and black design theme. The facility should feel energetic, social, and professional, catering to both casual and competitive players.
