Porch Building Permit Engineer

I need a building engineer recognized in Ontario to assist with obtaining a building permit from the Municipality of Brockton for my wooden porch. I already have a design but require an engineer to approve it. It is strong enough but technically doesn't meet code. The engineer's role will be to provide a letter confirming that the porch is structurally sound, even though it does not fully comply with the code.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
