AI Platform Architecture Documentation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are developing a modern, AI-driven IT asset and analytics platform. We are looking for a skilled technical writer or architect who can produce a comprehensive architecture documentation package for our solution. This includes diagrams, component explanations, and structured documentation based on an existing conceptual design.
You will be responsible for creating the following:
1. System Architecture Overview
• Layered architecture showing data ingestion, AI models, multi-agent decision layer, and reporting
• Cloud or on-prem scenarios
2. Component-Level Breakdown
• Description of each component (e.g., Data Catalog, Ingestion Layer, AI Models, Multi-Agent Resolver, Report Engine, etc.)
• Relationships and data flows
3. UML Diagrams
• Component Diagram (main)
• Optional: Sequence Diagram for inference flow
• Export in image + editable format
4. Microsoft Visio or Draw.io Diagrams
• Editable architecture diagrams
• Labelled connectors and groupings
5. Annotations and Justifications
• What each component does and why it’s there
• How AI models (e.g., Chronos-T5, TimeGPT, IsolationForest) are integrated and coordinated
6. Security & Governance Section
• How RBAC, audit logging, BYOK encryption, and secure architecture are implemented
Technical Concepts Involved:
• Data ingestion from SQL, SAP, Oracle, Hana
• AI-based forecasting, cost prediction , financial advices(Chronos-T5, TimeGPT, etc…)
• Anomaly detection (IsolationForest etc..)
• RAG-based external info lookup
• Multi-agent AI decision layer
• Reporting layer (PDF, PPT, HTML)
• Governance: RBAC, audit, encryption
Deliverables:
• 1x Architecture Document (PDF / Word)
• 1x Component Breakdown Table
• 2x Diagrams (UML + Visio / Draw.io)
• Editable source files (Visio, SVG, or Draw.io)
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in enterprise software or AI systems
• Familiarity with data architectures (ETL, ML pipelines)
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation
• Experience with UML tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.)
