Pedestrian Bridge Design

I need a bridge designed primarily for pedestrian traffic. The expected foot traffic is low. The bridge will be over a season creek, and while my primary interest is a foot bridge, if the design requirements don't change too much I would like it to support a UTV to drive over it. This is on private property with minimal traffic.

Requirements:
- Type of bridge: To be determined
- Designed for low traffic

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Civil or structural engineering background
- Experience in bridge design, especially for pedestrian use
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for low-traffic pedestrian bridges
- Ability to create detailed design plans and specifications
