PROJECT MANAGER

We are hiring Project Manager who will be working with a Skilled Team of Architects, 3d visualizer and real estate developers as needed, and keeping track of Projects.

Job Responsibilities Included: -
• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements for upcoming residential & commercial projects around the world.
• Developing new concepts/themes showcase client's property in presentable manner.
• Maintain high quality of integrity for their upcoming project.
• Production planning/ delivery of the project as per schedule.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standard.
• Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Delegate responsibilities.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the projects.
• Keep all the stakeholders aware of the project progress and prepare weekly report.
Job Requirements: -
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Designer with minimum 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD files reading.
