I own a 100-sq-yard plot in Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad (22.5 ft × 40 ft) and need a practical yet stylish plan for a modern, two-story residential building. The brief is straightforward: maximise usable space, stay within GHMC regulations and setbacks, and deliver drawings quickly so I can move straight into permitting.
