1. Do you have experience with designing tiny houses on wheels?
2. Did you have a look at the attachment? If so, can you confirm which trailer lengths I am looking into?
3. Please don’t send a link to a portfolio, but rather detail details of a Tiny House on wheels you have indeed designed or that you researched online where you would say this matches your description of modern
4. Do you have experience with Australian road regulations?
Each unit must remain road-legal in width, height and weight, sit securely on its trailer, and make the most of every square metre inside. Natural light, clever storage and a feeling of openness are high priorities. I’d also like suggestions on sustainable insulation and cladding options that match the modern look.
Please provide:
• Concept drawings for both units, showing overall massing and exterior style
• Detailed floor plans, sections and elevations scaled for construction
• Framing diagrams (wood and/or steel) with member sizing, fasteners and tie-downs suitable for highway travel
• A materials and cut list I can hand straight to suppliers
If you have experience meeting Australian road and building standards for tiny houses, mention it so we can align on the relevant code from the outset. I’m ready to begin as soon as I review portfolios of similar small-footprint designs.
