Modern Tiny House Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a creative and skilled designer to help me create a modern tiny house plan for personal use.
Key Requirements:
- Design a functional and aesthetic modern tiny house
- Space optimization is crucial
- Incorporate modern design elements
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in residential architecture or tiny house design
- Strong understanding of modern design principles
- Ability to create detailed, accurate blueprints

->Plot size ( 100 x 36 ) ft
One floor
->2 master bedroom with attached bathroom both , 1 common bathroom, and 2 standard rooms, 1 kitchen, dining hall , a balcony on the west side of house (beds should head either east or south)
->Open kitchen
->Staircase size 11x5 ft on the south already exists as we are expanding old construction
->My home faces east(road) and all 3 sides are covered with other's property
->Make it according to vastu strictly
->One laundry area, pooja room
It should be modern style with a garden (if enough area remains)
