Modern Timber Frame Extension Plans

I need plans for a very small modern flat roof timber frame extension to replace my conservatory. This extension is primarily for living space. Extension is 3.1m out from the house and 3.7m wide, 2 high level windows on one side @ 400mm x 800mm, 1 large window in the end @ 2000mm x 1300mm, patio doors on other side 1500mm x 2100mm. Roof light 1000mm x 2000mm. Traditional concrete footing and oversite, brickwork up to damp then 6x2 timber frame building
