Modern Sustainable Residential Design (Interior design)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm seeking an experienced interior architect to design and modern look (classy and elegant) Interior for the attached floor plan.
Key requirements:
- Modern architectural style
- Open floor plan layout
- Large windows for natural light
- Use of sustainable, eco-friendly materials
- Cohesive style and color palette to avoid a disjointed look.
- Space Management Strategies:
Appropriate Furniture Scale:
Choose furniture that is scaled to the room, ensuring it is not too big or small for the space. Avoid furniture that blocks traffic flow or makes a room feel overcrowded.
Aesthetic Considerations:
Cohesive Style:
Develop a clear vision for your duplex and stick to a consistent style and color palette that flows well from one level to another to maintain a unified look.
Smart Color Choices:
Use colors thoughtfully; for example, use a specific wall color to define and add warmth to social areas within a larger space.
Consider Double-Height Walls:
In duplex living rooms, large walls can be dressed with a single large piece of artwork or a 3D mural to create an impressive focal point rather than overcrowding the wall with many small pieces.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in modern residential architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing similar projects
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
- Excellent design and visualization skills
We need multiple version which includes structural requirements.
Please provide examples of past work and a detailed approach to this project. Looking forward to your proposals!
Note: This building is in construction stage. Hence we wanted to have our Duplex interior to be designed such that without additional cost of any future interior, while constructing house itself, if we can manage with all civil work (as part of structural construction) , we wanted to explore those best options as part of this project.
