Modern Single-Family Home Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced architect to design residential construction plans for a modern-style single-family home under 2000 sq ft.
Key Requirements:
- Design a modern aesthetic within the constraints of Heritage overlays of a Victorian terrace residence
- Plans should comply with local building codes (Victoria, Australia)
- Plans required include Site & Roof plan, Site & set-out plan, floor plans, Elevations, Sections, MEP (if possible)
- Experience in residential architecture is essential
- Ability to provide 2D or 3D renderings is a plus
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Professional architecture/drafting degree
- Strong portfolio in modern residential designs
- Knowledge of zoning laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
