We are initiating the development of a fully-integrated, multi-story fitness complex in Oyarifa, Ghana. This facility will serve as a vibrant destination for health, wellness, recreation, and community engagement. Supporting amenities such as changing rooms and seating/viewing areas

Flexible space for sports, pop-up events, and unconventional community activities
Designed for adaptability, acoustics, and visual openness

Health and wellness services integrated into the facility
Private consultation rooms and treatment areas
Office Spaces
Administrative and operational offices located on the same floor as the clinic
Designed for functionality and privacy
Residential Floor
A dedicated level for short-term or staff accommodation
Includes private units and shared amenities
Rooftop Lounge & Multipurpose Area
Open-air space for social gatherings, yoga, events, and relaxation
Designed with shading, landscaping, and flexible furniture arrangements
The selected designer will be responsible for delivering the project in the following phases:

Refined for stakeholder review and approval
Construction Documentation
Complete set of coordinated drawings and specifications
Ready for tendering and permitting
