I need detailed architectural plans for a modern/transitional 6,500 sq ft lake house with open layout, partial walkout basement and 3 car garage two stories plus with sport court inside.
The home should include:
- Home office
- Gym
- Home theater
- 5 bedrooms and serrated guest suite with living space and kitchenette
The rear yard layout must feature:
- Swimming pool
- Outdoor kitchen
- Fire pit area
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven architectural design expertise, especially in modern/transitional styles
- Experience with large residential projects
- Knowledge of functional and aesthetic rear yard layouts
- licensed in south Carolina preferred
- provide engineered structural plans (can be stamped by a 3rd party if in SC necessary
