Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m updating my home and need a cohesive, modern scheme for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The goal is to achieve an elegant yet highly functional layout that truly reflects my style.
What I expect from you: complete space-planning, furniture and lighting guidance, colour consultation, and realistic visualisations. I use AutoCAD and Coohom, so the final files must be compatible with those platforms.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2D floor plan for each room (DWG/PDF)
• Editable 3D Coohom model files
• At least two photorealistic renders per room
• Concise list of specified furniture, finishes, and lighting
