I'm seeking an experienced architect to create a minimum of three modern elevation design options for my building. I will provide the ground and first floor plans along with pillar locations.

Key Requirements:

- Use of wood and concrete materials
- Neutral color scheme

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio in modern elevation designs
- Proficiency in using wood and concrete in designs
- Excellent color theory with a focus on neutral palettes
- Software proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
