I have a 21’-3” × 10’-3” shell in Maharashtra that I’m turning into a luxury creator studio for my own 3D-art work, casual video shoots, and everyday personal use. I need a modern look carried through neutral tones, with every square inch planned so the space feels premium yet highly functional.
Here’s the scope I want handled from start to finish: a thoughtful furniture layout, photo-real 3D renders, a balanced lighting concept, a statement TV feature wall, a compact coffee bar, smart ventilation, an eye-catching ceiling treatment, and a fully coordinated electrical scheme. Once the design is locked, I’ll also need detailed furniture drawings and all execution drawings so my contractor can build exactly what we’ve envisioned.
