I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to turn my vision and basic sketch into a detailed CAD plan for a modern commercial complex within a tight timeframe of 6-8 hours. The site area is 20,000 sqm, with ground coverage of 7,000 sqm. The complex should include:

- Ground floor retail units (for small shops and showrooms)
- Anchor stores or mid-sized retail spaces
- Restrooms and storage for commercial units
- Small retail units/boutiques
- Cafes/food kiosks
- Pharmacy/convenience store

- Landscaped forecourt or plaza (with shaded seating)

**Office Spaces:**
- Flexible office modules (co-working, small offices, or open-plan)
- Conference and meeting rooms
- Reception and waiting areas
- Restrooms on every floor
- Breakout zones and pantry
- Private cabins/enclosed offices
- Pantry & dining area
- Printing/utility room
- Storage/archive room
- Server/IT room
