Modern Backyard Studio Design

I'm looking for an experienced architect to create detailed plans for a modern-style backyard studio. The primary purpose of this space is flexible (not limited to office, guest, or art).

Requirements:
- Single-room (studio) layout
- Modern architectural style
- Detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Consideration for natural light and ventilation
- 3 solid walls with fourth wall being a sliding glass wall

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Architecture degree and licensing
- Strong portfolio in modern designs
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
