Minimalist Upper-Level Living Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled architect or designer to create a two-storey house with an upper-level living area. The design should embody a minimalist aesthetic.
The upper level should include:
- Kitchen
- Dining Room
- Family Room
- Master Bedroom
- Powder Room (W/C)
- Rumpus Room
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in creating minimalist designs
- Strong architectural or interior design background
- Ability to maximize space and functionality on upper levels
- Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail

Upstairs living (eg kitchen dining living on second floor)
Master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite on upper storey nth east side views to east and south for water views.
