I'm seeking a talented designer to create a comprehensive layout for MindForge Play Studio, an enrichment and retail space for elementary-aged children (5-12 years). The space will be between 1,400 to 2,200 sq ft and needs creative zoning, sensory and play areas, and a smooth retail flow.
Key requirements:
- Design must be code-compliant and ESA-friendly
- Support phased buildout
- Eligible for TIA reimbursement
Essential zones include:
- Interactive STEM zone
- Art and craft corner
- LEGO zone
- Sensory room
- Family game tables
- Rotating activity area
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in designing children's spaces
- Knowledge of building codes and ESA requirements
