US-Licensed Engineers for Regular Plans!
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m moving forward with a lot of projects in the United States and now need a partner who holds an active U.S. architecture or professional-engineering license. Your stamp will be used for permit submission, so the jurisdiction must recognise your seal—digital or wet.
Scope
• Review my existing drawings and notes, confirm code compliance and identify any gaps.
• Prepare (or update) plans, details and calculations as required by the local building department.
• Sign and seal the final set, along with a brief letter of professional responsibility.
Acceptance criteria
1. You provide your current state license number for verification before work begins.
2. All sheets and calculations carry your seal and signature.
3. The package meets the building department’s checklist; if comments arise, you stay on for one round of revisions.
I’ll share the preliminary plans and the authority-having-jurisdiction checklist once we agree to proceed. Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to submit within the next few weeks.
