I need a licensed real estate engineer/architect in Colorado to provide complete design and planning services for a new duplex rental residential property construction. The project involves creating all architectural drawings (site plan, Floor Plan, Elevation, Civil Construction Plan, MEP and Structural Engineering Diagram) for the construction of the duplex. Each unit's square footage is approx. 1500sqt.
