I am looking for an architect to help with a preliminary building inquiry for an extension to a single-family house built in 1930. The main goal is to clarify the feasibility and requirements for the planned addition with the local building authority.
Required tasks include:
Preparing the necessary documents for the preliminary building inquiry. Communicating with the building authority. Providing expert advice on local regulations and requirements.
Experience with projects involving older houses and German building law (Baugesetzbuch) would be a plus.
