House Picture to AutoCAD
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a photo of my house layout that needs to be redrawn in AutoCAD (DWG) and delivered as a print-ready PDF.
The plan must follow architectural drafting standards, including:
Proper layers (walls, doors, windows, dimensions, materials, furniture, labels)
Correct line-weights
Standard hatching
A professional title block
The drawing should look like it was prepared by an architect.
Scope of Work
Trace and redraw all visible walls, doors, and windows from the provided photo.
Apply wall thickness:
Exterior walls = 30 cm
Interior walls = 25 cm
Represent the internal garden (6 × 8 m) as being surrounded by glass panels, not solid walls.
The corridor (yellow) surrounding the garden = 2 m wide.
Add dimensions for all rooms and corridors.
Add furniture layout (basic arrangement).
Add material annotations where applicable.
Add room-name labels in their correct positions.
Room Specifications & Colors (for reference only):
Pink (6 × 6 m) = Family Room, open on one side to the corridor
Orange = Master Bedroom
Red (3 × 8 m) = Kitchen, open on one side to the corridor
Violet (3 × 8 m) = Dining Room, open on one side to the corridor
Dark Blue (3 × 2 m) = Bathroom / Shower Room / Laundry Room / Maid’s Room
Light Blue (6 × 4 m) = Guest Room
Garden (6 × 8 m) = Internal Garden, surrounded by glass, open to yellow corridor
Gray = Entrance & Staircase to upper floor
