Front Elevation Design for Residential House (Modern Minimalist Style)

Description:

I am looking for a Junior Architect / Architecture Trainee to design the front elevation of a G+1 residential house that is currently under construction.

Design Requirements:

Modern, elegant and timeless facade design.
Simple, clean geometric lines (no curved designs).
No glass facade elements.
The highlighted vertical section of the building must feature Terracotta Brick Jali with integrated greenery/vertical garden.
Suggest suitable exterior colour palette that complements terracotta and greenery.
Include facade lighting design for attractive night-time appearance.
Modern minimalist look with practical and buildable materials.
Design should be realistic and suitable for execution on-site.

Deliverables:

2–3 front elevation design concepts.
Day view and night view renders.
Material and colour palette suggestions.
Basic facade lighting placement recommendations.
