Freelance Interior Designer – Hotel Pre-Opening (International Brand)
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We are looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Interior Designer to support the pre-opening phase of an international hotel brand.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in hospitality interiors, a deep understanding of brand design standards, and hands-on experience in luxury or upscale hotel projects.
You will collaborate closely with the project and brand teams to translate global design concepts into elegant, functional, and brand-compliant interiors.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project and brand design teams to interpret and implement global design standards.
• Prepare design concepts, space layouts, mood boards, and detailed drawings aligned with the brand identity.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and timelines are met.
• Review FF&E selections, finishes, and materials for brand and operational compliance.
• Provide on-site design supervision during fit-out and pre-opening stages.
• Offer value-engineering solutions while maintaining design quality and aesthetics.
• Ensure all deliverables meet international hospitality standards in both function and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in interior design for hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality.
• Prior collaboration with international design firms such as HBA, Wilson Associates, Gensler, etc., is highly preferred.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Sound knowledge of FF&E, spatial planning, and design documentation.
