Freelance Interior Architect
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
The commercial fit-out is already in its finishing phase and I need continuous, hands-on supervision to bring it across the line without slipping on quality, schedule, or design intent. You will interpret the latest architectural and interior drawings, translate them into clear direction for technicians and subcontractors on site, and keep every trade aligned with the approved specifications.
Day to day you will:
• Walk the interior work fronts, flagging deviations before they harden into rework
• Coordinate seamlessly with my team, consultants, and vendors during site meetings, issuing concise action minutes afterward
• Track progress against the programme
We are looking for
• B.Arch from a reputed Institute
• 4-6 years experience in Corporate Interiors
• Strong site execution knowledge
Clear communication, an eye for design detail, and familiarity with common tools such as AutoCAD, and MS Project will make collaboration smoother, but your proactive presence on site is what ultimately guarantees the result.
